- Tuesday at 6:30pm is Oly Lifting Class - only 16 spots so sign in now to reserve you space
- Thursday at 4:30pm we kick off our 12 week lil' kilos class, followed by big gainz at 5pm
- Sunday the gym is closed for Lucas Parkers Virtuosity Workshop. Some spaces still remain. This is one workshop you do not want to miss. Working on the common movement we do in the gym all the time, like wall balls, and learning ways to do them more efficiently! REGISTER HERE
