Gymnastic Interest
A few years ago Coach Steph put together 2 in house gymnastic workshops. One for beginners + one for more advanced, going over movements like the pull up, ring drip, muscle up, handstand etc. These were a couple hours on a weekend for a minimal cost.
For those who don't know, before she coached CrossFit, Coach Steph was actually a Gymnastic coach. Coaching competitive gymnasts + as well as kids.We wanted to gage the interest, to see if there would be much interest in having a couple of in house gymnastics workshops again? Structured slightly different, rather than beginner + more advanced, they would be movement specific, i.e.) one would be a pull up workshop, and one a handstand workshop, etc.These workshops would also include take aways, "homework", accessory work for you to do after classes, or during open gym times, etc.Let us know if this is of interest, comment below on the FB post, or telling us in person at the gym.
