A busy weekend
We had a busy weekend at CFI, starting with another incredible Friday Night Lights. 19.2 turned out to be pretty much a repeat of 16.2, T2B, DU + Squat Cleans. It's always great to see everyone come together to encourage, support + cheer! Well done to everyone that took it on. Thank you to those who came out to help judge + change weights, we appreciated the extra help this week, so thank you!
Saturday brought a packed housed, which is always great too see, a full 8:30am and a busy 9:30am class.
As you will notice we also completed the repainting of CFI. You'll now notice a fresh new look in the gym! Thanks to Justin B who helped us bang out the black in record time. It was a long day, but we think it looks pretty amazing, + also gave the whole gym a good spring cleaning!
The Sunday class was the first crew to crush a WOD in the ‘re-freshed’ space!
We’re ready for another great week of training + whatever Castro has in mind for 19.3! Don’t forget those competing in 19.3 on Friday Night, we have a special guest coming. Sandra from Shooting Monster Photography is making the trip to us to shoot a bunch of professional shots of all the action going down!
