House Keeping

We hope everyone has enjoyed the first month of summer.  As July comes to a close over the next couple days we have a few house keeping items and reminders…..

  • Please remember to sign in to classes on Zenplanner.  Classes are busy and we have class caps, so we need you to sign in.
  • Please clean up!  If you take equipment out, please put it back and please put it away neatly.  Please clean your chalk prints off of barbells, the pull up rig, rowers, and bikes.  Members using the equipment after you to not want your sweaty chalk all over it!

As a friendly reminder we have a few things on the go this week…..

  • Tuesday at 5:30pm we have a special guest hitting the 5:30pm WOD with us and we would love for everyone to come out and join that class.  One of CFI's original members + coaches, Bill Pain is back in town for a visit and will stopping by to do the class.  There will not be a class cap, so please come out!
  • Tuesday at 6:30pm is the Oly Lifting class.  This class has a smaller class cap then normal classes and you MUST sign in, we will not make an exception for this class, so if you want a spot, sign up now.
  • There will not be open gym this week between Wednesday, Aug 1st at 1pm until Tuesday Aug 7th.  Steph, Stouty and Jen are away at the CrossFit Games.  Nate, Neal, Sarah & Brit will be coaches regular classes as normal (minus   no kids classes and no 6:30pm Friday class)  But there will not be open gym times.  We thank you for your understanding with this.  Everything is in Zenplanner!

It's like Christmas Time for all CrossFitters with the 2018 CrossFit Games kicking off this week in Madison!  Be sure to tune in, check out games.crossfit.com for schedule and event times and check out the Sport of CrossFit as they crown the fittest male, female and team!
