Long Weekend Hours

As the August long weekend approaches, our hours this weekend will remain regular hours on Saturday.

The gym will closed on Monday + will resume regular hours on Tuesday with the addition of an 11am WOD from Tuesday through to Friday for next week.

Focus:

4 x 15 Barbell Glute Bridges
10 Reps of DB Step-Ups each leg on a 24"/20" Box

WOD:

Death By EMOM til Failure

30 DU
Ascending Step Up and over ( 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - Etc. )
