As we mentioned last night, on the blog + on Instagram live, as of this Sunday, March 22nd we’re teaming up with 2 other CF affiliates in the USA to do some Live Virtual Coaching Classes.All current CF Indestri members will receive login information to sign in to zoom online. You will have 4 class time options to tune in + be coached through the workout live.These are unique times, + as such, we’ve been working diligently to ensure you get the best from us! This opportunity is exciting + very unique to have the ability to be coached by coaches from all 3 affiliates.We also have some incredible guest coaching spots lined up with some coaches who you might not have access to being coach by otherwise.The first zoom online virtual class will be coaches by Stouty on Sunday at 12pm with a 45 min mobility class.Beginning Monday you’ll see class times at 8am, 12pm, 3:30pm + 6:30pm. CF Indestri will be coaching the 8am + 6:30pm classes that day. Meuse River CrossFit in North Carolina will be coaching the Noon class + CrossFit Watchtower in Colorado will be coaching the 3:30pm class.We’ll continue to post the workouts on the blog + Instagram the night before like always. As well as share updates info always!Our guest coaching spots will be revealed soon!In the meantime, keep hitting the home workouts + posting your scores in the leaderboard on zenplanner. Tag us in photos, you don’t know how much we miss seeing all of your faces daily!+ if you want to have a little fun, go live on Instagram, invite a friend + so the workout together live-streaming it.
