Zoom Classes
As we mentioned beginning on Sunday we will be hosting Zoom Virtual Classes. Sunday’s class will be at Noon.Steph, Stouty + I (Jen) did a test run today to try + workout any glitches. But as this is new to us, we ask that you bare with us for the first couple days.We believe the best way to go about this, is to have you log in to zenplanner + sign up for a class time, at which time you will receive an email with the zoom class login information on it. We’re working out those details as we speak.The zoom classes will be open to all current members of CFI to attend. If you can’t make a class time, we’ll still have the details we’ve been providing you with all this week, + we’re working to set it up with zoom, that you’ll be able to log in + watch a class that’s already taken place. These are unprecedented times for everyone. We want all of you to know that we’re doing everything we can to continue to give you the best of us! We know everyone misses the gym. We do too! But more then being inside the four walls, we miss seeing all of your faces daily. We’re really looking forward to connecting through some virtual classes!We’ve got some very special virtual classes set up for you as well!For Saturday’s workout, because it’s normally a partner WOD, why not link up with a friend via Instagram live, or even FaceTime, hit the workout together!I can tell you that I really wasn’t motivated to do Fridays workout. I hit a bit of an emotional wall last night. These are stressful time. So I sent Steph a message + asked her about going live on Instagram again with me to do the workout. This has been holding me accountable.
