Friday - Saturday Class Changes
Saturday Heavy Class
Hi guys,We are making a change to the Saturday heavy class at 10:00 am will no longer be on the schedule,do no fear we will be putting strongman movements in the Sunday Strength and conditioning class as well as now that the weather is changing you will see strong man movements in regular classes as well.
What are we replacing the class with?
It will be "Coach on the floor" Open gymSo if you attend this hour and want to work on a certain movement ( gymnastic, weight lifting, strong, power lifting ect..) or discipline ( ie. sleep mobility, nutrition, strategy, ect... ) There will be a coach available to help and teach you through those movements and answer questions on certain discipline.Now for Friday's workout...
