Broncos Hero WOD - Monday, April 9th, 2018

Broncos Hero WOD

We're sure you heard about the extremely tragic accident that took place on Friday evening in Saskatchewan.  It is absolutely unimaginable and our hearts go out to everyone who's lives were forever changed on Friday evening. In the face of tragedy it's a natural reaction for us to look for ways in which we can try to help.  For many in the CrossFit Community one of the ways in which we do that by paying tribute through Hero WOD's.CrossFit Haze in Saskatchewan has posted a Broncos Hero WOD which they will be holding in their affiliate on Monday, April 9th, and have welcomed the CF Community to join them. For any of the newer members who may not know the history of CFI.  Our gym was founded by former NHLer Scott Thornton.  Scott's vision for CFI was to recreate the camaraderie inside a locker room. Something that is special to teams, and CF affiliates alike.  One of the young men who lost there life on the bus, was the son of one of Scott's friends/former teammates.  Our hearts go out to the Joseph family, and all the families who lost loved ones.We will be honouring The Humboldt Broncos and all those who's lives have been affected, with the Broncos Hero WOD that the coaches at CF Haze put together.Much like many Hero WODs, each number represents a meaning. The workout is a partner workout to honour the team. We encourage everyone to attend class tomorrow, wear green, and should you wish donate to the gofundpage that’s been set up at https://www.gofundme.com/funds-for-Humbolt-broncos
