Focus:

1 Tall Clean
1 High hang clean
1 Mid Hang
2 Hang

WOD:

4 x 3min AMRAP with 2 min rest between

20 Sumo Db/Kb deadlifts
10 Hang squat cleans 35/20 - 50/35
Max rep Burpee broad jumps

rest 2 minutes between Amraps

*set a distance for jump and maintain.
try to get 7-10 burpees per round
