Active Recovery Endurance Sunday’s
With the weather becoming increasingly nicer, we’re turning our Sunday’s into an active recovery endurance WOD. We’ll be posting workouts on our instagram story as well as here on the blog for you to hit on your own time. (No zoom classes for these ones, but please post, or dm and let us know how they go. Don’t forget we have the leaderboard on your zenplanner account, you can post on there as well, and keep track of your fitness!)

1 x 1600metre
Rest 2 mins

2 x 800metre ( 2 min rest between 800 )
Rest 2 mins
PT3
4 x 400metre ( 90sec rest between 400 )
Rest 2 mins
PT 4
6 x 200 metre ( 1min rest between 200 )
**Depending on your time you can choose to do one part, or all four.
