Something Stefanie Cohen recently posted on Instagram resented with us.

She said, “One of the greatest aspects of training is being able to let go of reality. All the problems with the world, sickness, hunger, anger, and fear. Disappear.
They almost evaporate into thin air as your focus shifts to the arena of weights. Who would have thought a session of controlled chaos could be so therapeutic? The world is in constant turmoil for 22 hours a day, but for approximately 2 hours, I’m free.”

This is something we’ve expressed long before the COVID-19 shutdown.

For so many people their time at the gym is about more than physical fitness. It’s about mental health + connections. Even more so, you’re coming in to train and being guided by the coach. You don’t have to come up with what to do, your coach is leading the class. You can truly let go.

Right now that looks slightly different. But we’re still here for you, to give you an hour to let go and just train with us. Whether you’re in the coach led zoom class or not, our workouts are posted on the blog every night, we’re still programming for you, and our coaches are still here and available to answer any and all questions you have about the programming. Give yourself to us for 1 hour a day. Let us continue to be your release amongst the stress of the times.

Sub Box Jumps with Broad jumps or step ups & Sub Wall Balls with Sh2Sh thruster
