Any Changes
Just a friendly reminder, that prior to attending classes with us you were required to sign a COVID form. We just wanted to remind everyone that as schools go back, + the common cold + flu season is going to be upon us shortly, that if you are feeling unwell at all, you’re unable to come to the gym. Even if you know it’s just a common cold, we do not want anyone coming to the gym to “sweat it out!” This is a common post we make prior to cold + flu season regardless of COVID or not. The gym is not the place to “sweat it out”.
We all know what it was like to have the doors to the gym closed for 3 months, + know one wants to go back there. We appreciate everyones understanding + responsible measures when it comes to keeping CrossFit Indestri, a safe + healthy space for everyone to enjoy!

By signing this I am confirming that I do not have any new or worsening symptoms of COVID-19 including:
New or worsening cough
Shortness of breath
Sore throat
Runny nose, sneezing or nasal congestion
Hoarse voice
Difficulty swallowing
New smell or taste disorder(s)
Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
Unexplained fatigue/malaise
Chills
HeadacheI have not travelled outside of Canada or had close contact with anyone that has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
That I do not have a fever.
That I have not had close contact with anyone with respiratory illness or a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.
If you are a frontline worker, did you wear the required and/or recommended PPE according to the type of duties you were performing (e.g., goggles, gloves, mask and gown or N95 with aerosol generating medical procedures (AGMPs)) if you've had close contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19?
I understand that if I have any of the above I am unable to attend classes.
I understand that if anything changes from the way I have answered above, I am not to attend the facility for a period of 14 days.
