Benchmarks

Benchmark workouts are workouts you will see again. It’s a way to test our fitness, so write it down! You should keep track of your workouts everyday, but you should at the very least be keeping track of benchmarks because you will see it again, maybe in a few months, maybe in 6 months, but you will see it again. So write down, what you did for weight, movements, and your time, then the next time you see if you can look back and see what you did, how you did etc.
