A Couple Reminders
Just a couple house keeping reminders.
Please ensure you remember to sign in for classes, and in turn if you’re unable to attend a class you’ve signed in for, please ensure you sign out or contact us so we can sign you out and someone else can take that spot please.
Please ensure you wipe down all equipment and put everything away after the class is done. But please hold off on doing so, until everyone in the class is done the workout. Do not begin cleaning up while others in the class are still completing the WOD. Hang out in your area, take a breather, stretch, cheer the others finishing on, etc. We’ll all clean up as soon as everyone is done.
It’s that time of year again when the grass area gets wet and muddy more often than not. While some workouts will still have running in them, please try avoid the grass area especially when it’s wet and muddy, please do your best to not to track mud into the gym area, especially on the purple flooring in the small gym. Thank you.
Lastly, if you’re feeling unwell for any reason at all, please do not come in to the facility. Please do not think sweating it out might be the answer. We’re all adults, and we (coaches included) really do not want to have to tell anyone they need to go home, or they shouldn’t be in the facility. It’s that time of year when colds, etc. are bound to happen. Yes the vaccine mandate is in place and yes our facility has been following it, but that will not change anything in terms of our facility protocols. If you’re feeling unwell at all, please take a day or two, or the time needed away from training, until you feel better.
These protocols are in place to keep everyone in the facility, safe and healthy, and to keep our facility doors open.
