That Time

It always seems to be, the weather begins to cool off, the kids go back to school and colds and flus pick up.

This is just a reminder; If you’re feeling unwell for any reason, please do not come to the facility. This was a general rule of thumb long before COVID came around in 2020. You can not sweat it out a cold or the flu. In fact, it will not help you to recover faster, it will just tax your body more, and your immune system is already working hard to heal, so let it.

Instead please take a few days rest and come back into the facility when you’re feeling better.

Also please remember to continue to clean off and put away all the equipment you use in classes. Everything has a home, please make sure it makes it way back, and get cleaned off for the next athlete to use.

**every time you rack or drop the bar do 25 KB Swings 24/16kg

** If front squatting, you are going from the floor and your first rep will be a clean.
