We have a few new members joining us in classes this week that just finished up fundamentals last week, as well as a whole new crew joining us for fundamentals this week at 7pm.
If you see some new faces in your classes please introduce yourself and make them feel welcome.
We will also be having one additional fundamentals session in October on October 24th, 26th, and 28th at 10:30am. If you know of someone who has expressed interest in fundamentals please let them know to email indestri@gmail.com to secure a spot for that session.
We hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend and had an opportunity to get out and use their fitness, as well as take in all the incredible fall colours in our area.

Beginning with 1 T2B and increasing by 1 every min until the 12 min mark.
* If doing hanging knee raises double the reps.
*If eliminated begin 5 - 10 Push ups every min until the 12 min mark.
