Please remember to sign in for classes before coming to the facility.
This is starting to become a problem with a number of athletes coming to classes without signing in.
Please ensure that when you sign in for class, you’re clicking the reserve class, and not the add to google calendar. Add to google calendar does not secure a spot in classes.
We know this is a repeat of mentioning from last week, but unfortunately it keeps happening. We have always been a sign in for class facility. If every athlete wanted to all come to the same class time, we would not be able to accommodate that. One of the reasons for class caps, as well as safety, space, equipment, the ability to coach, etc. We want to ensure everyone has a safe, and good experience in the facility, including the coaches. On days when we increase the class sizes, (for holiday WOD’s, etc.) we have more coaching staff in the building.
We will be setting the system up to also send out reminder notifications to you if you forget to sign in for classes, as sometimes the coach misses telling you that you forgot to sign in.
Also on the flip side, if you’re signed in for a class and unable to make it, please remove yourself so that someone else can sign in. We don’t charge for a missed class like many other facilities do, but if it keeps happening, it’s something we will have to revisit as it’s unfair to others wanting to attend.
