Stage One

As we briefly mentioned last week, it looks like outdoor fitness will be able to start on June 14th. Well be working on an outdoor schedule, we know it can get really hot in our outdoor area, so as we get closer to the date we’ll share details on the class schedule as well as some suggestions on some things to bring with you. ie) mat or towel for your area, lots of water, hat, sunscreen. etc.

It’s a few weeks away, but we’re excited to get back to training together.

Focus:

12 min EMOM
Min 1 : 7 Box Jump Step Down
Min 2 : 4 Front Squats + 4 Push Press
Min 3 : 5 Narrow Grip Push Ups

WOD:

15 Min AMRAP

Run 200m
10 DB Thrusters
40 DUs
6 Burpee Box Jump Overs
