As temperatures climb towards summer are you ensuring you’re increasing your hydration? Lack of hydration plays a big role in our recovery levels, as some of us who have been tracking our recovery with a WHOOP can see first hand.
They use to say 8 cups of water per day, now it seems to be half your body weight in ounces.
Water can also be ‘boring’ to drink, so try adding some fruits to it. Fresh Berries, lemon slices, etc. Spend a week tracking your hydration and see if it plays a role in your recovery, sleep, and even mood.
