Endurance
Endurance junkies and those just wanting to add a little more endurance to their training, join us on Tuesday mornings at 10:30am and/or Thursday evenings at 7:00pm virtually. Those who have been joining us for the classes are loving them. If you have a piece of cardio equipment at home, or if you want to run outdoors, the endurances classes are all set on paces and timing.
We’ve also been hearing some great feedback from those who have been joining us about how much faster and easier their paces are getting each week.
We hope to see more of you in our endurance classes.

Min 2 - 10 Knee to opposite elbow Mtn. Climbers
WOD:
Every 90 seconds for 10 Rounds

4 Burpees over object
6 Air Squats
8 KB Swings
