For 23.3 this Saturday, be sure to pull out your: Hawaiian gear.

We’re also very excited to let you know that we will have Vortex Wellness in the building to aid in your recovery post 23.3. Vortex will have 4 sets of NormaTech compression legs set up and available for athletes to try after the workout. Plus they’ll be able to answer any questions you might have on how they can aid in your recovery with all the services they offer at Vortex Wellness.

We’ll let you know more details later in the week. There will most likely be a sign up to try if the Normatech compression legs with Vortex, etc.

Once again the doors will open at 8:30am for you to arrive, sign up for a heat time, etc. Athlete and judges briefing will take place at 8:45am.

**Side note, for those athletes competing this Saturday in 23.3, you might want to take a good look at the workout below, and consider that Wednesday might be your rest day this week.
