Change Up

As we get ready for next week, when even more of the mandates will be removed. Masks and distancing. (Keep in mind we still want to be cautious and in CrossFit because of the nature of our workouts, you’re typically distanced.) We have made a couple changes in the facility.

The weight rack that was on the indestructible wall near the rowers has been moved to the front of the gym near the rollers. All the C2 Bikes have been spread out to give them more room. Much like before COVID, the C2 Bikes will remain in their home and will not be moved around the gym anymore. If you’re using a C2 Bike in a workout instead of a rower or skierg, you will set up near the bikes, or will walk over to the bikes to use them.

We’ve slowly been trying to turn most things back to pre-COVID style. The cardio equipment takes a beating by being moved around all the time, and or in the way of barbells on the floor during a workout. We’ve recently replaced two fan wheels on the rowers from barbells hitting a cracking them. We want to be able to continue to add to the equipment, vs. replace it.

The gym also looks so much bigger with the weight rack moved to the front.

For those who have asked us, yes, we will be removing the mask requirement in our facility as of next Monday. More details will be given on that on Sunday nights blog.
