Strongman Movements
It’s been awhile…. Last summer we didn’t have our fogger yet, so we avoided programming workouts with the atlas stones or tire flips. We thrilled to be adding these movements and odd objects back into our programming.
Not everything you pick up will be easy, or have a handle on it, so training with odd objects like atlas stones, is important in functional training.
On days with stones and tires, you can expect to get a little dirty, so select your training gear wisely.

3 x 10 Renagade Rows
Superset Pike or HS Hold 30s
WOD:
3 Rounds
20 DB Thrusters (Light DB’s meant to mimic a wall ball)
15 Burpee Box Jumps (aka. Tire Jumps)
10 Lunge + Lunge + Kick to Handstand (pike sh.tap)
