Control what you can

Something we’ve really had to practice over the past year and a half is to focus on the things we can control, not on the things we can’t. Being outside right now is truly a test in that. We have zero control over the weather, or the fact that we have a prefer 7500 square foot facility sitting empty right beside us, but we can not train you inside of it. We have be a flexible in our programming right now to move and change with whatever the weather decides to give us, from rain to wind, to extreme heat and sun.

Should you show up for a class and there be a slight change in the workout, or a whole new workout, that would be why. Everything is taken into account from the safety of the movement for you in the weather, to the longevity of the equipment in the elements of the weather.

Looking ahead we see a few more rain days in the forecast over the next 14 days, but we’ll hope for the best, and with any luck, stage’s 2 and 3 will get moved up and we’ll hopefully be back inside sooner than later.

Indoor fitness is in the plan for stage 3, which is projected towards the end of July. But with any luck, that happens sooner.
