Leave the Coaching to the Coaches
We love how passionate everyone gets about CrossFit and movement and wanting to help one another in classes, and as much as encouraging your fellow athletes is welcomed and even encouraged, coaching them is a no, no.
We have incredibly knowledgable coaches in our facility, it’s their job to coach the athletes. Please leave the coaching to the coaches.
If you see someone struggling with a movement and a coach isn’t always instantly addressing it, it might be that the coach is taking some time to let the athlete be and figure it out. We all need to learn sometimes by trying, and sometimes that trying results in what looks like a struggle. It doesn’t mean that the coach isn’t aware, very much the opposite.
Encourage, support, cheer on the fellow athletes in your classes, but please leave the technical advice to the coaches.
