Fundamentals
All CrossFitters begin with our Fundamental program.
This program is designed to give athletes an idea of how classes are run and more importantly expose athletes to the fundamental movements we do in CrossFit.
This program sets our athletes up with a good foundation before going into classes, where they will continue to learn, be introduced and be further exposed to all the movements.
Its been awhile since we’ve been able to run a fundamental session, we’re excited to have a few new athletes finishing fundamentals today, and have a few beginning our next session on Tuesday, July 13th.
