Fundamentals

Now’s the time. If you have someone you know who has been interested in trying CrossFit our next fundamental session is coming up on Friday, August 2nd at 7pm and Saturday, August 3rd at 10am. Both sessions are required to attend.

Fundamentals gives us an opportunity to go through the fundamental movements we do often in classes with a focus on the Olympic lifting, and set up new athletes coming into CrossFit for a more successful experience when they begin regular classes.

If you know someone who has expressed interest in starting, have them email indestri@gmail.com as soon as possible to secure their spot in this next session. It is the only session we have on the books until September.
