Zen Account

A couple times a year we can that you log in to your zenplanner account and ensure all the information is correct, mailing address, date of birth, emergency contact info. We’re also going to ask that you log in this time and add a photo of yourself to the profile area. This helps our coaches to identify all members, especially newer ones upon arrival at the facility.

 90 sec rest ( 10 tempo air squats during rest)
