Open Gym + Protocols
This is a question we have received a number of times lately. For now there is no open gym times, and we’re not sure when that will change. Here are a few reasons why.
We were lucky enough to reopen our doors a few weeks ago. One of the reasons we were allowed to reopen is because we’re a training facility with coach led classes. All our classes being coach led, and everyone doing the same programming allows us to monitor what equipment is being used, touched, etc. so we can sanitize everything after each use.
We also don’t have time on the schedule to allow for open gym times right now. The plan will of course be to once again have some open gym times on the schedule, but we can’t predict when that will happen as of yet. We’re just really hoping that with stage 3 here and all businesses resuming that we don’t see a big upswing in cases and we can continue moving in a positive direction.
On that note, please remember to make sure you’re sanitizing your hands upon arrival and departure of the facility, as well as maintaining social distancing at all times during the workout. We’re pretty proud of the way all of you are handling these new protocols. We’ve witnessed some of the things that other fitness facilities are currently doing, and it really worries us that some places aren’t taking protocols as serious. We don’t ever want to go back in to a shutdown situation. So we’ll continue to do what’s needed to keep our doors open!
