Back to Basics Lifting

Our 2nd week of our Fundamental 3 class sessions is on. Because it’s not full, we’re happy to open up some spots to any members who wish to work on back to basics lifting.

6:30pm Wednesday the focus will be on Cleans 6:30pm Friday the focus will be on Snatch.
