Give Yourself a Break
For a lot of us it was easier to “give ourselves a break” while we were training at home. Even when we began training outside at the facility again, we found it easier to “give ourselves a break”. But now that we’re walking back through the doors to train, many of us tend to be harder on ourselves. We expect more out of ourselves. Let’s not forget, the entire world has been through one of the most stressful times of our lives. We’ve been stressed, at home, taking a break from training, or maybe we still trained, but we changed up our training, lowered the intensity, or lightened the load.
It takes time to build back.
So give yourself a break. ( We don’t mean a break from training, we mean, go easier on yourself.) It’s okay to lighten the load, in fact we want you to. It’s okay to scale back, give yourself time to build back.
