Join Virtual Classes

When you log in on zenplanner now, there will be a link to a virtual zoom class that you can click on.

Most of the virtual at home workouts will not have set weights to them, as we all have different things at home to use, from sandbags, to backpacks, DB’s, Water Jugs, KB’s, some have barbells, some have no equipment. Coaches will give options and suggestions during the virtual classes. Booms, hockey sticks, etc. also work great, you can take this time for the olympic lifts and dial in your technique without the weights.

These next 21 days will be about keeping you motivated and keeping you moving.

Again, we know this situation isn’t ideal, and not being able to be together in the facility sucks. However not seeing you sucks more for us. Seeing you guys in classes daily is a big part of our coaches day, so we truly hope you’ll give virtual classes a shot.

Don’t forget to log your scores in zenplanner on the leaderboard under the workouts starting Wednesday.

Focus:

10 min EMOM

Odd - 3 Power Cleans
Even - 3/3 Bent Rows (slow neg) or Strict Pull Ups

WOD:

20 min AMRAP

1 Power Clean
15 Air Squats
10 Push Ups
5 Pull Ups / Bent Rows (2 sec pause at top)
