The CrossFit Open

We’ve had a few of you ask us about the CrossFit Open this year, as registration for the Open has started. We typically love the CrossFit Open and encourage everyone to give it a go. Last year because of the pandemic was a different year. Instead of Friday Night Lights, ( because we couldn’t have events ), I (Jen) judged athletes during the classes on Friday.

We’ve been trying to figure out this year, how to do it, what would work best, and keep the spirit and the fun of the open. We’re still working it out. Our capacity limits still don’t allow us to hold big fun, Friday Night Lights style events. But we’re looking at some options. Stay tuned…..
