If you have someone you know who has been talking about starting CrossFit, have them reach out to industry@gmail.com. We’re looking at scheduling our next fundamental session this Friday, February 9th at 7pm and Saturday, February 10th at 10:30am.
We don’t ever do hybrid timing, meaning one at 7pm and one at 10:30am, and we never do Saturday’s, but we want to get this session in before Coach Steph goes on holiday’s and the schedule has been switched up for the last week, so we’re making it work.
If you have someone who would be interested, have them email us indestri@gmail.com now to get set up. Both the Friday evening and the Saturday morning session are required to attend.
