During the pandemic with home workouts and off and on times inside the facility we go into programming more met cons daily. Not everyday needs to be a met con and or leave you feeling completely crushed to be an effective workout.

We have been getting back into adding some not met con days back into the programming. These days could be the old traditional "strength day” or more skill building days, but trust us when we say that these days all play big roles in your overall fitness.

Days kind of like today, when we’re asking you to go to max for 3 different sets. That means we want you to give it your max on all 3 sets, and it always means that in-between, you need lots of rest. Give it everything you have in your work time, and then rest. You have 3 sets of each in total.

These days are always fun, so have fun.

Max Distance 20' Slam Ball Throw
Max set Kipping Pull ups
1 min Max Cal on echo/assault Bike

*The max set of kipping pull ups are kipping, no butterfly.
If you don’t have any kipping pull ups, you will be doing 3 sets of 10 jumping pull ups.
