Fist Bump
The pandemic over the past 3 years had changed a few things about how the gym ran. One of those things was the celebration at the end of the workout. The moving around the gym to fist bump and tell the fellow athletes in your class that they did a good job.
It’s time to get back to that. After class when everyone is finished, make your away around the gym and offer your fellow athletes a fist bump, or a pat on the back, a good job, etc.
We know that some of you still do this, and we love to see it. But let’s get this piece we’ve been missing back as an entire class with the entire class.
