We’ve added in a speciality class for Wednesday. Throughout the next few weeks of at home training we’ll be adding in a few speciality classes.
Wednesday’s class will be at 10:30am and will run roughly for 45 mins. It will focus on creating bulletproof shoulders and hips.
Gather up some soup cans, if you have any bands at home, can get ready to get a little swole & flexy.

Focus:
Weighted 1 1/2 Squats (front rack)

20 Sit ups
WOD:
4 Rounds Every 2 Minutes
6 HSPU or Strict Press
12 Cleans
18 Alt lunges
Cash Out:
Accumulate 5 Min in a Plank Hold
