A Challenge for January
Being a CrossFitter, you know the importance of not just moving your body, but also nourishing your body, and recovering your body. All these things come into play for our physical, mental and overall health.
For the month of January we challenge everyone to:
Move your body daily
Pay attention to the food and drinks you’re putting in your mouth
Get 7 to 8 hours of good quality sleep nightly
Get outside daily
Look into any supplementation you might be lacking (ie. Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Omega 3, Magnesium, etc.) ** Note it doesn’t always need to be a pill, but you can add to your intakes by certain foods first.
Reduce your sugar intake
Drink enough water
Take 30 mins for you daily
Reduce stress
You in?
It’s nothing too crazy, but just a way to be mindful for January and to focus on you.

** Some of the Class can start with the T2B to keep more distance on the rig.
