Know Yourself

This week between Christmas and New Years is typically a time when people start thinking about resolutions for the upcoming year. We know we’ve shared a bunch of times, but we’ve had a few of you ask us for the link again so we wanted to share with everyone again.

We can’t think of a better tool then a WHOOP strap to get to know yourself even more in 2022.
