It’s 12 Days

It’s the most wonderful time of the year……. A lot is different this year, there’s a lot of stress right now. Please know that we’re ready to move to some great home programming on December 28th. Zenplanner will be updated with all the coached virtual class options shortly. We’ll also still post our daily programming on the blog each night. For those who have never done zoom with us before, we’ll have some more information coming for you on how to long in over the weekend. Our zoom classes are fully coached and programmed for home workouts. You will still sign in for classes on zenplanner.

We’ve got you covered, but for right now we want to let all those stresses go, and enjoy our annual 12 Days of CrossFit Christmas WOD. (If you can really enjoy a gruelling WOD that is ;) )

I (Jen) tested this one out at home a last week. It’s a grinder for sure. Keep in mind with 12 days that the first 5 mins feels super fast, when you get to about 6 or 7 on the list of days, that is when things get into the meat of the workout.

Tomorrow’s 12 Days of Christmas WOD also falls on the 7 year Anniversary of CrossFit Indestri’s first WOD at our current location of 200 Mountain Road location. 7 Years ago on December 23rd, we held our very first workout which was 12 Days of Christmas in this location. Prior to 200 Mountain Road, CrossFit Indestri’s first 3 years were over on Stewart Road.

Now, for those who are doing 12 Days for the 1st time, or for those who need a refresher on how 12 Days works, it’s done just like the song.

On the First day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me:

1 HSPU on DB

On the Second day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me:

2 DB Burpees and 1 HSPU on DB

On the Third day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me:

3 Lateral Burpee over DB, 2 DB Burpees and 1 HSPU on DB

On the Fourth Day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me:

4 DB Dead lifts, 3 Lateral Burpee over DB, 2 DB Burpees and 1 HSPU on DB

and so on for the rest of the song…..
