Happy Holidays / Virtual
We want to start by wishing everyone a very safe and Happy Holidays. We look forward to seeing you virtually through out fully coached zoom classes beginning on Monday December 28th at 6am.
Our virtual classes schedule is now up and active in zenplanner to sign in. We currently have classes set for 6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm and 5:30pm. You will sign in on zenplanner like a regular class, and will see a link to be able to sign in to zoom with a password. If you haven’t used zoom before and have questions please let us know.
We have some at home WOD programming lined up for this time to keep everyone moving and maintain your fitness. We also have some fun incentives and motivation to keep spirits up. We know everyone is frustrated, as are we. So we have some fun coming your way. Zenplanner will also have a leaderboard active again, which we want you to use, whether you do the workout on your own, or on zoom, we want to see you using the leaderboard and have 4 weeks of fun giveaways for those using it, which we will explain more about after Christmas.
Our goal is to keep everyone moving (well) during this time. This is an excellent time to work on bar path for olympic lifting, ( get a hockey stick, mop, broom, PVC, etc. ) We will always have options for you for movements. Stay tuned to our nightly blog for programming, and information.
During this time we will still be working very hard to have Fitness deemed as essential. We all know the benefits.
If you have any questions, let us know. We’re here to help as much as we can.
In the meantime, please enjoy a magical Christmas. Let as much of the recents stresses go as you can and enjoy the magic that the holiday season brings.
