12 Days is on Friday

Our 12 Days of Christmas WOD is coming up this Friday.

If you’ve never done 12 Days of Christmas before it’s a WOD that is structured like the song.

On the 1st day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me…..

A 100m Row….

On the 2nd day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me…..

2 Jerks & a 100m Row….

On the 3rd day of Christmas my CrossFit Coach gave to me…..

3 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Jerks & a 100m Row…….

and so on….

You always start with the new movement on the list and work your way back to the 100m row. The first few rounds it’s easy to get confused and make a mistake, so slow down and focus. At about round 8 you’ll have the hang of it, and the work really begins to get into it.

The 12 Days of Christmas WOD is meant to be fun! The structure workouts that you start on the rowers and you work your way across the gym and back. All barbells will be set up in front of the rowers, there will be lots of you, take your time, share equipment, have fun.

20 Burpees over Rower

into: 12 sets of 150m Row with 30 secs between each set

then 20 Burpees over Rower
