Workouts like today are another reason why we ask you to write everything down, not just the benchmarks.
In July we did this workout as a 10min AMRAP. You did the Shoulder Press, then pulled 20 pulls on the rower and added up your total max cals based on 20 pulls per round at the end of the 10 mins. Today we’re doing the same movements, but instead of 10 mins, we’re giving you 5 Rounds to see how many cals you can pull.
If you wrote down your score from July, you’ll be able to compare.
So write it down. Everything.
Fitness is measurable, but only if you’re actually measuring it.
