Wednesday is Day One of the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games competition. Kicking off with Event 1 for the Individuals : For Time - 75 T2B, 5 mile Bike, 75 C2B, 5 mile Bike. Followed by event 2 A/B when we’ll see these guys get under a heavy barbell for max Jerks at 300 lbs for the men and 200 lbs for the ladies.

As mentioned yesterday, the CrossFit Games are upon us, and it’s set to be an exciting few days of CrossFit.

WOD:

4 Rounds of Tabata

1: Box Jump overs
2: Ring Rows
3: Push Ups
4: Air Squats
