Reminder
This is a friendly reminder, as the seasons are changing, school as back in, and we move towards what has always been dubbed “cold and flu” season, if you are feeling under the weather at all, please do not come to the gym.
Your body needs rest, not to sweat it out, and no one else in the class wants to risk picking up what you might be trying to sweat out.
The old mindset of trying to sweat it out shouldn’t be a thing, we know that rest is the quickest way for your body to get back to feeling better. High intensity exercise is just going to run your body down further. So please, if you are feeling under the weather at all, take a few days off from the gym, to rest and feel better.
We thank you, as do the other athletes in the classes.
