Trust
We do not take lightly the amount of trust you, as our athletes have in us right now to ensure that our facility is a safe space for you to come in + train!
Going all the way back to last February / March when we learned about COVID we began to take it very seriously, doing extra work to disinfect equipment, doors, common surfaces, etc. Making the choice to close our facility temporarily before we were mandated too was one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make. But the health + safety of our athletes + our coaches is important to us.
Coming back into the facility we implemented protocols + procedures to help us ensure that the facility can be a safe + sanitized space for everyone to train. This means that things at CFI aren’t “business as usual”, aka. pre-covid.
Our class sizes are half of what they were, there’s certain equipment that we’re unable to use for the time being, ie) the assault bikes as the fans on the front of them stand the potential risk of blowing particles through the air. We’re not running kids classes at the moment, we don’t have open gym times right now. We ask that athletes not use / touch equipment that isn’t part of their class, as everything has to be sanitized that is touched.
We promise you, we’re working hard to ensure that all our athletes have a safe space to train. If you have family or friends who train at other locations who’s protocols are different, please understand that right now, these are the protocols that we have at CFI.
