The workout Chad 1000x is coming up on Saturday, November 9th. We’re opening up class registration now, this class cap will be increased from our typical Saturday cap, the length of the class will also be increased to 2 hours, so we would ask that if you’re attending this workout, you plan to be here until everyone in the class finishes, which will be beyond the typical 60 min class time.

Chad 1000x is a Hero Workout that honours Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries and PTSD. This workout was created to honour Chad’s life and legacy and to raise awareness for suicide prevention.

The workout is 1000 Step Ups for time, done with a weighted pack on. We encourage everyone coming to bring a backpack pre-weighted with books, or a weight vest. We’ll share more details as we get closer, but for now, registration for Chad on Saturday, November 9th, 2024 is open on zenplanner.
