Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday to our annual Move Mountains WOD. It means a lot that 9 years later we’re still able to introduce new athletes to Move Mountains, and why we do the workout.

Plus it was a beautiful day for the last mile run WOD of the year.

* you need to scale appropriately on this workout, reps are small, but it’s a lot of rounds, and a lot of transitions. If you are over 1:10 a round you will not finish.
