Why do you train?
Many of our fellow affiliate owners and friends are being affected by a second round of shutdowns in areas like Toronto, Peel, Ottawa and now York.
We wholeheartedly believe that training/fitness/exercise/working out, whatever you want to call it is essential to overall health and wellbeing. But maybe we sound bias because of the business we’re in.
So we’re asking you, what are your feelings? Why do you train, and why do you train with us? Please let us know…. We want to hear it, we want to be able to offer any help we can to our friends and fellow affiliate owners, and their communities who are affected. So please comment below on this post on FB or send us a private email to indestri@gmail.com please. We would love to know, why do you train. How was it for you during the first shutdown? How safe do you currently feel training indoors in our facility.

Back squat ME Reps @ 80% of 1RM in one set (score reps)
Set 2: ( Min 3 - 6 )
Back squat ME Reps @ 50% of 1RM in one set (score reps)
Set 3: ( Min 6 - 9 )
Max Cal Row in 1 min (score cals)
Set 4: ( Min 9 - 12 )
2 min Max Burpees
